Heidi Simm – 7.9
Heidi was nominated because she undertook a sponsored 2.5km race for the National Autistic Society. She managed to complete this 14 minutes and raised an even more impressive £1000 for the charity. Her fellow students have praised her for how kind and helpful she is and how she’s helped them also settle into the school.

Dean Baldwin – 11.1
Dean has been nominated for pushing himself out of his comfort zone, and taking on the nomination from his peers to be Deputy Head Boy. His peers have commented that he is “really committed to the school and helps people whenever he can”, that he is “caring” and “dedicated to outside clubs whilst also remaining committed to the school with his studies and Deputy Head Boy responsibilities”.

Jessica Ward – 11.1
Jessica has been nominated as she is ‘the perfect role model’ according to her peers. She has consistently received the highest number of credits each year since year 7, had 100% attendance for her entire school career and volunteered at every Open Evening. Her peers also acknowledged that she has been an antibullying ambassador since year 7 and also helped in the school library and delivered Christmas boxes to local elderly residents. In addition, outside of school she has also achieved the Baden Powell Award. She is a fantastic student who hasn’t let dyslexia get in the way of her studies and she has been praised in summary by her peers as a ‘kind and caring person’.
