Just before the summer holidays, a number of students put on their creative thinking caps to enter a writing competition set by ‘Young Writers’. The task involved them having just 100 words to write a story linked to survival. All of the entries, from students across all year groups, were impressive with lots of engaging stories with a range of ideas. The company had over 18,000 entries in total and we are delighted to announce that eight of our students have been selected for publication! Congratulations George Horne, Emma Lawrence, Ben Snowsill, Ellie Morgan, Connie Harper, Connor Ready, Charlie Greenfield, Harriet Frimpomaa, and Sophie Oliver!!
‘Mission Chaos’ the book, is scheduled for publication on 1st November 2019 and we are immensely proud that our students will be published within it, it is an incredible achievement and one to be very proud of!
