Consultation on Proposed 2025-2026 Admission Arrangements for The Bromfords School
On behalf of the Governing Body, The Bromfords School is consulting on its admission arrangements for the academic year 2025-2026 – (please find here).
The consultation period will run from 15th November 2023 and will close on 3rd January 2024.
The reason for the consultation is to remove the paragraph:
“Exceptional social or medical circumstances may supersede all or some of the above criteria except 1. In order to be considered under this criterion applicants must produce a supporting report from either a registered social worker or registered medical practitioner setting out why The Bromfords School is the only appropriate school for their child.”
If you would like to submit any comments for the Governing Body to consider, please email the Clerk to the Governing Body at Clerk@bromfords.essex.sch.uk, putting ‘Consultation on the proposed 2025/26 Bromfords School Admission Arrangements’ in the subject line or by post to The Bromfords School, Grange Avenue, Wickford, SS12 0LZ.
At the end of the consultation period, responses will be passed to our Governing Body for discussion and approval.
