The Jack Petchey Winner for May 2019 is Freya Dewell!
Freya has widely contributed to the PE department at the school through a range of activities. She has coached the year 7 netball team throughout the season and attended all of their matches, as well as umpiring and helping to organise the primary school netball tournaments. She has been a sports ambassador and Netball Captain, taking on responsibility and having a positive impact on the other students due to her enthusiasm and passion for sport. She also helped organise a Nuclear Mud Run to raise money, which had over 80 participants. She also consistently shows determination to better herself academically within health and social care and her PE theory lessons.
